90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your PureFace Skin - GO for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. The item does not need to be unused, but please return it with all original accessories where possible.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in addition to the 90-day guarantee above. To exercise this right, simply notify us within the 14-day period.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost of return shipping and will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
